Refund Policy

At Yatrika (a brand of Anyatra International), your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund guidelines for different types of products and services.
1. Products Sold by Yatrika (Our Own Goods)
· If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
· Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
· Please email support@yatrikaindia.com with your order number and details to initiate your return.
· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days once the product is received and inspected.
2. Products Sold by Third-Party Vendors
· Returns, exchanges, and refunds for products supplied by independent vendors are subject to the individual vendor’s policies.
· We will facilitate communication between you and the vendor but final approval and processing are managed by the vendor.
· Contact us at support@yatrikaindia.com for assistance with third-party vendor products.
3. Tour or Service Bookings
· Cancellations made 15 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full/partial refund.
· Cancellations after this period, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.
· Please refer to the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
· In the event of tour cancellation by Yatrika or our partners, you will receive a full refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
5. Non-refundable Items
Some personalized, perishable, or intimate items may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
